  • Will my orders be shipped together or separately?
    Most orders are shipped separately, even if purchased at the same time. However, this has no influence on the delivery time of the packages! Why? Usually the products are shipped from different warehouses, even from different regions. Maybe one of the items is in stock but the other is not. The first will be sent immediately, the others will be sent at a later time. If all items have the same tracking number, they were shipped together.
  • I accidentally marked an order as 'delivered' even though I haven't received it yet!
    Accidentally marked an order as delivered? No problem! If 45 days have not passed since purchase, your order is on its way. An incorrect status has no influence on the actual delivery.
